Heinen’s gift cards may be purchased in person at any of our store locations. We no longer accept gift card orders over the phone.

Check Heinen’s Gift Card Balances

If you wish to check the balance of your gift card, you may do so by calling 1-888-892-3813, stopping in any Heinen’s store location or by contacting Customer Relations.

Please note that we are unable to accept Heinen’s gift cards as payment for online orders at this time.

All Heinen’s gift card sales are final. Heinen’s is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Heinen’s gift cards are not subject to a monthly maintenance fee and never expire.
