This vibrant purple juice is more than just a pretty sight! It’s packed full of vitamins and made entirely from fresh produce.

This recipe features a red cabbage base mixed with Persian cucumbers, apples, and limes. Oh, and don’t worry, you can’t taste the peppery flavor of the cabbage!

Antioxidant Purple Power Juice

Ingredients
- 3 cups red cabbage, chopped
- 2 Persian cucumbers, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 limes
Instructions
- If using a juicer, juice all of the ingredients according to the instructions of your juicer. Enjoy immediately.
- If using a blender, add ¼ cup of water followed by the cabbage, cucumbers, and apple. Juice the limes and add to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary to help blend.
- Place a nut milk bag over a bowl and strain the mixture. Squeeze the bag tightly with your hands until only the dry pulp is left in the bag. Discard the pulp.
- Enjoy the juice immediately.
