Asian Beef and Noodle Salad
This Asian Beef and Noodle Salad is infused with the savory flavor of Two Brothers Eye of Round.
Asian Beef and Noodle Salad
Ingredients
- 1 package Linguine Noodles, cooked, rinsed, and cooled
- 1/2 head Sliced Napa Cabbage
- 1/2 head Sliced Purple Cabbage
- 1/2 bag Baby Spinach
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, sliced thin
- 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced thin
- 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper, sliced thin
- 1 bag Bean Sprouts (also called Mung Bean Sprouts)
- 2 cups Spiral Zucchini (found in the refrigerated produce case)
- Up to 1 Bunch Chopped Cilantro, to taste
- 3 whole Scallions, sliced
- 1 cup Whole Cashews, lightly toasted in skillet
- 1 pound Two Brothers Eye of Round, sliced thin and cut into 1-inch strips
Instructions
Toss together all of the ingredients in your preferred order. For dressing, I like Heinen’s bottled Ginger Sesame dressing but if you want to make your own dressing here’s a great recipe to mix together…
- 1 whole Lime, juiced
- 8 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 8 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2-3 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2 whole Hot Peppers or Jalapenos, chopped
- Chopped Cilantro
