Avocado, Mango and Hatch Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Mango, diced
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 Hatch Chile, seeded and diced
- 1/2 C. Red Onion, finely diced and soaked in cold water for 10 minutes
- 3 TBSP. Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 TBSP. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2 TBSP. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
- Kosher Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine the mango, avocado, chile, onion, cilantro and citrus juice in a medium bowl. Toss gently to mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
