These Baked Autumn Oatmeal Apples offer the essence of fall in every warm, spiced bite!

Cosmic Crisp apples from Heinen’s Produce Department are halved, hollowed, and filled with a cozy mixture of oats, brown sugar, pecans, and warm spices. As they bake, the apples become tender and caramelized, while the filling turns golden and crisp. A splash of lemon and water keeps the apples juicy, balanced, and helps reduce browning.

This recipe makes a deliciously wholesome dessert, a festive dish for brunch, or a sweet afternoon treat. Best of all, it’s easy to make and fills your kitchen with the comforting aromas of fall!
