Banana Overnight Oats with Zip Fruit Sapota Powder

Ingredients
- 1 cup Heinen's rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup dairy or plant-based milk
- 2 Tbsp. Sapota (Chikoo) powder
- 1-2 Tbsp. chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
- Heinen's sliced almonds (or any preferred toppings)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the milk of your choice and Sapota (Chikoo) powder. Blend until smooth.
- In a bowl or jar, mix the rolled oats, mashed banana, Sapota (Chikoo) powder-milk blend, and chia seeds or ground flaxseeds. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soften and the flavors to meld without added sugar.
- Before serving, give the overnight oats a good stir.
- Top with sliced almonds or any other toppings you prefer.
