For the Sandwiches
- 3 lbs. Gerber’s CARE Certified Amish chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. Heinen’s extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Two Brothers original all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Heinen’s garlic granules
- 1 tsp. Heinen’s onion granules
- Heinen's brioche hamburger buns
- Heinen's pretzel buns

Instructions
For Baking the Chicken
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl. Season with the olive oil, Two Brothers original all-purpose seasoning, salt, garlic granules, and onion granules. Mix well, until the chicken is fully coated.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165°F.
- Let the chicken cool for 15 minutes. Shred the chicken with forks or for a faster method, place the chicken in a stand mixer with a flat beater attachment. Beat on low speed until the chicken is shredded.
For Grilling the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl. Season with the olive oil, Two Brothers original all-purpose seasoning, salt, garlic granules, and onion granules. Mix well, until the chicken is fully coated.
- Add chicken to the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature of the chicken breasts reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken cool for 15 minutes. Shred the chicken with forks or for a faster method, place the chicken in a stand mixer with a flat beater attachment. Beat on low speed until the chicken is shredded.
