This recipe takes full cobs of fresh, Midwest grown corn, tosses them in Two Brothers Fan Favorite blackened seasoning and cooks them until tender. Best served with a delicious and healthy homemade Greek yogurt ranch, they’re the appetizer of the summer! Plus, this dish is quick to prepare, making it an easy and unique side dish for cookouts!

Ingredients
For the Corn Bites
- 4 fresh corn cobs, husked and cut in 2 in pieces
- 3 Tbsp. Heinen’s unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Two Brothers blackened seasoning
- Diced chives, for serving
For the Greek Yogurt Ranch
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp. fresh chives
- 1 tsp. Heinen’s garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Heinen’s onion powder
- 1 tsp. Heinen's dried dill
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Heinen's Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all of the Greek yogurt ranch ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until combined. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
- Combine 3 Tbsp. melted butter and 3 Tbsp. Two Brothers blackened seasoning in a small bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush each piece of corn with the butter mixture and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and flip. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve with chives and the homemade Greek yogurt ranch.
