What’s For Dinner? Chili Crisp Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
- Extra Firm Cleveland Tofu
- Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles
- Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce
- Pero Farms Broccoli Slaw
- Mr. Bing Chili Crisp (mild or spicy)
Instructions
- Heat a large sauté pan over high heat. Gently press the tofu between paper towels to remove some of the water before cutting into bite-size pieces. Add a small amount of oil to the pan followed by the tofu. Sauté until browned.
- Add the broccoli slaw to the pan and sauté for about a minute. Add the noodles and stir-fry sauce to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Place the tofu stir-fry into bowls and top with the chili crisp. Serve with lime wedges, chopped peanuts, or cilantro if you like.
