Classic Affogato

Calling all adult ice cream lovers! This classic affogato has an amazing balance of bitter espresso and sweet vanilla flavors, creating a nostalgic chilly treat with grown-up flare!
This sophisticated ice cream dish is prepared by pouring a shot of espresso over scoops of Tillamook vanilla bean ice cream. It may seem simple, but this elegant pairing is something worth savoring.
For added decadence, grate a Two Brothers dark chocolate espresso bar over top of the ice cream and garnish with Heinen’s chocolate chip cookie crisps. There’s no such thing as too much chocolate, right?

Ingredients
- 2 scoops Tillamook vanilla bean ice cream
- 1 shot of espresso
- Two Brothers dark chocolate espresso bar, for garnish
- Heinen's chocolate chip cookie crisps, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the ice cream to a bowl or dessert glass.
- Pour the espresso over the ice cream.
- Shave the chocolate bar over the affogato and add a cookie to serve.
