Instructions
For the Honey Chipotle Chicken Tenders
- Heat the chicken strips according to the package directions.
- While the chicken is baking, combine the honey, chipotle peppers, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar in a blender. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, then let cool.
- In a large bowl, toss the heated chicken with the sauce.
- Serve with the ranch dressing for dipping.
For the Fried Mozzarella
- Slice the block of mozzarella cheese in half lengthwise. Cut each half into rectangles
- Prepare three bowls: one bowl with the flour, one bowl with the bread crumbs, garlic granules, and onion granules, and one with two whisked eggs.
- Dip the cheese into the flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Repeat until all of the cheese slices are coated.
- Place the coated mozzarella on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- After the mozzarella has chilled, fill a large, rimmed saucepan with at least 2-inches of olive oil. Heat the oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.
- Remove the mozzarella sticks from the freezer and fry 2-3 at a time, for two minutes per side. Remove from the oil and let drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
For the Cheeseburger Sliders
- Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, until crisp. Remove the bacon from the pan and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Add the onions to the bacon fat in the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Divide Heinen’s Fan Favorite handmade steakhouse burgers into two smaller patties, creating slider patties. Add the patties to the skillet and smash with a spatula. Sear for 4 minutes per side on high heat in the skillet, until a crust forms on the patty.
- Place the sauteed onions, a seared patty, a half slice of American cheese, and a half slice of bacon on each slider bun.
- Serve with Marzetti Simple Ranch Dressing, for dipping.
