Cucumber and Feta Cheese Salad

For the Dressing

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Salad

  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • ¼ red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup of slivered almonds, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp. of chopped fresh dill, plus extra for garnish
  • ¼ cup of crumbled Bulgarian feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients to a medium-size bowl and whisk until combined.
  2.  Add all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl. Add the dressing and mix using a rubber spatula until combined.
  3. Add the feta cheese and extra garnishes.
