Ingredients
Tex-Mex Guacamole
- Heinen’s fresh-made guacamole
- Heinen’s CARE Certified bacon
- Heinen’s frozen corn
- Grated Sierra cotija cheese
Mediterranean Guacamole
- Heinen’s fresh-made guacamole
- Heinen’s raw pine nuts
- Heinen’s balsamic glaze
- Buckeye Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
Tropical Guacamole
- Heinen’s fresh-made guacamole
- Ocean’s Legacy crab meat
- Heinen’s fresh pineapple mango salsa
Instructions
For the Tex-Mex Guacamole
- Spoon the guacamole into a wide, shallow bowl.
- Cook the bacon until crisp, then crumble into small pieces.
- Sauté the corn in a nonstick skillet with olive oil over medium-to-medium-high heat until heated through and slightly charred. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the bacon and corn on top of the guacamole, followed by the cotija cheese.
For the Mediterranean Guacamole
- Spoon the guacamole into a wide, shallow bowl.
- Toast the pine nuts over low heat in a dry skillet until lightly golden brown. Watch them closely so they don’t burn. Sprinkle on top of the guacamole.
- Drizzle the guacamole with balsamic glaze and top with chopped basil.
For the Tropical Guacamole
- Spoon the guacamole into a wide, shallow bowl.
- Top with crab meat and salsa.
