Frozen Blueberry Moon Juice Margarita
Servings: 3
Ingredients
- 6 oz. tequila
- 3 oz. orange liqueur (like triple sec or Cointreau)
- 1 packet Moon Juice Watermelon Mini Dew Powder
- ⅓ cup pomegranate juice
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 16 oz. Heinen's frozen blueberries
- ½ Tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Hot honey, for the rim
- Tajin, for the rim
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, add the tequila, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, lime juice, frozen blueberries, agave syrup and ice cubes. Blend until completely mixed into a slushy consistency. Taste and add more agave syrup, ice, or tequila to your liking.
- Dip the rim of the glasses into the hot honey, then into the Tajin. Pour the frozen margarita into glasses and enjoy.
