Hidden Veggie Pesto

In my eyes, pesto is perfect! It’s versatile to use, savory to eat and packed full of leafy greens that fuel your body. I truly didn’t believe that this bright green sauce/dip could get any better, until now.

Hidden Veggie Pesto
Servings: 1 Cup
Ingredients
For the Pesto
- 1/2-1 scoop MacroLife Naturals macro greens powder
- 2 cups packed basil
- 1/2 cup raw pine nuts
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup loosely packed spinach
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- Salt, to taste
For Serving
- Jovial cassava pasta
- Mary's Gone crackers
- Fresh veggies
Instructions
- Combine all of the pesto ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender and pulse until your desired consistency is reached.
- Serve on pasta, toasted bread or alongside fresh veggies and crackers.
