King Salmon Salad with Lemon Dill Dressing
Servings: 6
Ingredients
For the Salmon
- 1 lb. King Salmon
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Heinen's garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Heinen's onion powder
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
For the Salad
- 6 cups Heinen’s mixed greens
- 2 Nature Fresh Farms mini cucumbers, sliced
- 1 package Nature Fresh Farms tomatoes on the vine
- 3 oz. feta cheese
- 1/3 cup Pik-Nik shoestring potatoes
- 1/3 cup Heinen’s lemon dill sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- Pat the salmon dry. Place on a lined baking sheet and season with the salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Top with lemon slices.
- Bake the salmon for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl or platter, add the mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, and shoestring potatoes.
- Combine the lemon dill sauce with the olive oil.
- Top the salad with the baked salmon and dressing.
- Serve and enjoy.
