Pretzel Crusted Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Pasturebird chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Heinen’s pasture raised eggs, beaten
- 2 cups Heinen’s pretzels, finely ground
- 1 tsp. Heinen’s garlic powder
- 1 Tsp. Heinen’s onion powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. Heinen’s Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Heinen’s honey
- 2 tsp. Heinen’s apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Slice chicken breasts in half, then slice into tenders. Pat chicken dry.
- Combine 2 cups finely ground Heinen’s pretzels, 1 tsp. Heinen’s garlic powder, and 1 tsp. Heinen’s onion powder in a medium bowl.
- Dredge chicken tenders in flour, then egg, then pretzel mixture. Repeat until all chicken tenders are coated.
- Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While chicken is baking, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 3 Tbsp. Heinen’s Dijon Mustard, 2 Tbsp. Heinen’s Honey, and 2 tsps. Heinen’s Apple Cider Vinegar in a medium bowl. Stir well.
- Serve chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce.
