Ingredients
- 12 oz. Heinen’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk
 - 2 tsp. chia seeds
 - ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice or Heinen's ground cinnamon
 - 1 scoop prout Living epic vanilla plant protein powder
 - ½ cup Heinen’s canned pumpkin
 - 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s fresh ground almond, walnut, or cashew butter
 - ½ frozen banana
 - ½ cup Heinen's frozen cauliflower
 - ½ cup Heinen’s canned great northern beans
 
Instructions
- In the order listed above, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
