  • 12 oz. Heinen’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice or Heinen's ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein or Garden of Life Smooth Vanilla Organic Plant Protein
  • ½ cup Heinen’s canned pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s fresh ground almond, walnut, or cashew butter
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup Heinen's frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup Heinen’s canned great northern beans


  1. In the order listed above, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
