Shaved Brussels Sprout and Pear Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Heinen’s CARE Certified hickory smoked thick sliced bacon
  • 1 package Heinen’s Recipe Ready Brussels sprouts
  • 1 container Heinen’s organic super energy salad blend, coarsely chopped
  • 2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced into wedges
  • ½ cup Manchego cheese, crumbled
  • ⅓ cup Heinen’s roasted and salted pepitas
  • Two Brothers balsamic fig salad dressing & marinade

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon according to package directions until crisp. Allow to cool and coarsely chop.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together Heinen’s shaved Brussels sprouts and the salad blend. Add the sliced pears, cooked bacon, cheese, and pepitas.
  3. Dress to taste just before serving.
