What’s For Dinner? Shrimp Garganelli with Creamy Basil Pesto

Ingredients
- Flour Pasta Co. Garganelli Pasta
- Heinen’s Fresh Cooked Shrimp
- Heinen’s Sundried Tomatoes
- Filippo Berio Classic Pesto
- Heinen’s Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta. Place a sauté pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add some oil to the pan and sauté the shrimp and sundried tomatoes for a couple minutes.
- Add the pesto, some of the cream, and the cooked pasta to the pan. Simmer to reduce the sauce until thick and creamy.
- Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese and chopped basil, if desired
