Let’s take scallops to the next level! These simple-to-prepare methods feature Heinen’s Two Brothers Seafood Seasoning, bacon-wrapped scallops and a delicious caper butter sauce.

If you’re unsure how to cook scallops, my Kitchen Tip: How to Pan Sear Scallops to Perfection video will teach you how to achieve a delicious golden brown sear. Scallops are easy to prepare, but require a close eye even if you decide to follow my recipe for bacon-wrapped which are baked in the oven.

Why You’ll Love this Recipe:

  • Minimal Ingredients. Maximum Flavor. These easy ideas can be prepared with minimal ingredients and do not require a lot of prep, but you will be wowed by the results and flavor!
  • Heinen’s Two Brothers Seafood Seasoning is loaded with a blend of herbs and spices. I drizzle olive oil over the scallops first to make sure the seasoning sticks and then generously add the seasoning. You can grill, broil or pan sear the scallops from here.
  • Heinen’s CARE Certified Bacon adds a crispy texture and smoky flavor to sweet sea scallops. These are a great option for an appetizer!
