Ingredients
For the Avocado Toast
- 2 slices Ezekiel sprouted bread, toasted
- ½ avocado, mashed
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Suggested Toppings
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Arugula
- Black beans
- Hemp seeds
- Pear slices
- Pumpkin seeds
- Pomegranate seeds
- Radish slices
- Tomato slices
Instructions
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toast.
- Top with your desired toppings.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- For a little spice, add a shake or two of hot sauce!
