Finished with any of the classic pizza toppings you love, swapping traditional pizza crust for spouted English muffins allows you to increase your fiber intake without sacrificing any delicious Italian-inspired flavor.

Ingredients
For the Pizza
- 1 Ezekiel English muffin, split
- ¼ cup Rao's pizza sauce
- ½ cup Rumiano organic shredded mozzarella cheese or Violife mozzarella shreds (plant-based)
Toppings
- Sliced olives
- Diced red onions
- Diced tomatoes
- Sliced garlic
- Spinach
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Peppers
- Fresh basil
- Artichoke hearts
- Mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (you can also make these in your toaster oven).
- Place the English muffin halves, cut-side-up, onto a baking sheet.
- Spoon the pizza sauce equally on each half and top with cheese and toppings.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
