Thanksgiving Leftover Pizza
There’s only one thing better than a Thanksgiving meal: the leftovers.
We always have an abundance of leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, and sweet potatoes to go around at my house, which I am thankful for because who wants to spend more time in the kitchen after prepping an entire feast the day before?
However, after stuffing ourselves on Thanksgiving, most of us probably aren’t craving the same food afterwards. That’s what makes this Thanksgiving leftover pizza the ultimate day-after dish!
This pizza is a unique and stress-free way to change up your leftover routine. It’s so easy too, especially if you use Heinen’s premade cauliflower crust.
The leftovers on this pizza include sweet potato mash, kale or Brussels sprouts, turkey, goat cheese, and cranberry sauce.
The finished pizza is sweet, tangy and just as comforting as the Thanksgiving meal you enjoyed the day prior. Who knows, this may become your new favorite way to enjoy leftovers!
