This Turkey, Apple, and Cheddar Panini is the perfect cozy sandwich for crisp fall days, or anytime you’re craving something sweet and savory.
Layers of juicy turkey, sharp cheddar cheese, and thinly sliced Honeycrisp apples come together between slices of Heinen’s golden, buttery sourdough. A slather of sugar-free honey mustard adds the perfect tangy finish without any extra sugar. Whether you’re using a panini press or a stovetop griddle, this sandwich gets irresistibly crisp on the outside and melty on the inside. It’s quick enough for lunch but satisfying enough for dinner. Serve with a side salad or warm soup for a complete meal.

If you’ve never tried apples in a sandwich or on a panini before, this is the one that will win you over. The subtle sweetness of thinly sliced apples adds a refreshing contrast to the melted cheese and savory turkey, creating a flavor combo that’s unexpectedly delicious. Once you try it, you might not eat a panini any other way.
