What’s For Dinner? Chicken and Black Bean Chilaquiles

Ingredients

  • Daily Bites Pulled White Meat Chicken
  • Hanover Black Beans
  • Frontera Roasted Tomato Salsa
  • Chicas Original Tortilla Chips
  • Sargento Four Cheese Mexican Blend
  • Heinen’s Guacamole

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, black beans and salsa in a sauté pan over medium heat and stir until hot.
  2. Add the chips to the pan and toss until the chips have absorbed the salsa. The chips should be soft but not soggy.
  3. Stir in some of the cheese and serve with the guacamole on top.
  4. Finish with sour cream, if desired.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
