What’s for Dinner? Classic Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • Bowl & Basket Chicken Curry Sauce
  • Heinen's Daily Bites Pulled White Meat Chicken
  • Tasty Bite Basmati Rice
  • Heinen’s Naan
  • Gourmet Garden Chopped Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken curry sauce and chicken in a pan over low heat and heat the rice according to the directions on the package.
  2. Wrap the naan in a moist paper towel and briefly heat in the microwave.
  3. Serve the chicken and sauce over the rice.
  4. Garnish with the cilantro and serve the naan on the side.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
