What’s For Dinner? Creole Pecan Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients

  • Pecan Crusted Tilapia
  • Heinen’s Recipe Ready Broccoli Cauliflower Combo
  • Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
  • Ben's Original READY RICE™ Rice Pilaf
  • St. Elmo Steak House Remoulade Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place a sauté pan over medium heat and preheat the oven to 375°F. Add some oil to the pan and place the fish nut-side-down in the pan.
  2. Toss the broccoli and cauliflower with some oil and the creole seasoning, place on a sheet tray and roast until tender. Flip the fish and finish cooking.
  3. Heat the rice according to the directions on the package. Serve the fish, rice and vegetables with the remoulade sauce on the side.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
