What’s For Dinner? Grilled Center Cut Pork Chop

Ingredients

  • Heinen's CARE Certified Center Cut Pork Chops, Thick
  • Rub with Love Pork Rub
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Bob Evans Mashed Sweet Potatoes
  • Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Apple Grill Sauce

Instructions

  1. Turn the grill on medium high and season the pork chops with the pork rub. Grill the pork chops until done to your liking. Remove from the grill and let rest.
  2. Grill the corn and heat the sweet potatoes according to the directions on the package. Brush some of the grill sauce on the pork chops and return to the grill to quickly glaze and reheat the chops.
  3. Serve the chops with the corn and sweet potatoes. Drizzle some extra grill sauce on the chops, if desired.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
