Ingredients
- Ancho Beer Marinated Coulotte Steak (Butt Strip)
- Corn on the Cob
- Heinen's Kale Pesto Pasta Salad
- Tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan. Lightly oil the grill grates and grill the steak and corn. Remove the steak and corn when desired doneness is reached. Allow the steak to rest.
- Butter and season the corn, if desired.
- Serve with thick slices of tomato and Heinen’s Kale Pesto Pasta Salad.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of flaked sea salt to the tomatoes, if desired.
