What’s For Dinner? Sicilian Sausage Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- Philips Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
- Heinen’s Penne Rigate
- Lou’s Sicilian Sausage
- Silver Palate Tomato Basil Sauce
- Maple Brook Ricotta
- Heinen’s 6 Cheese Italian Blend
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.
- While the pasta is cooking, sauté the mushrooms and sausage in a large oven-safe pan.
- When the mushrooms and sausage are browned, add the pasta, sauce, some of the ricotta and some of the cheese blend to the pan. Stir to combine.
- Place in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and heated through.
- Serve with a green salad and/or crusty bread.
