Brew Kettle – Take 30
IPA – 7.5% ABV – To Celebrate our 30th birthday, we invited 30 brewers who have once worked at TBK – over the last 3 decades – to help us collab on our special release, “Take 30” which is releasing this week! This special IPA may in fact be one of the most special beers we have produced at TBK…. the passion, the comradery and memories can be enjoyed in every sip as we celebrate 30 years of excellent beer, food and culture.
Twin Oast Oasteweizen
4.7% ABV | 18 IBU
GERMAN-STYLE HEFEWEIZEN
The beer our Founder fell in love with was a Bavarian Hefeweizen, which is why we started as traditional as possible with this brew. Oasteweizen’s authentic Bavarian yeast lends notes of banana and clove to this haus favorite!
Masthead “Underverse”
During its time in rye whiskey barrels, this Imperial Stout mingled with locally roasted coffee beans from Six Shooter Coffee, imbuing it with a depth of flavor and complexity not attainable on its own.
Fat Heads “Alpenglow”
2025 World Beer Cup Silver Award! Weizenbock, Ruddy orange in color, this unfiltered wheat beer enjoys a spicy aroma that hints at raisin, clove, banana, and bubblegum. Full bodied yet very easy drinking with a toasted caramel malt finish
Masthead – “Hazy Headlines”
Hazy IPA – 6.5% ABV – Hazy Headlines is brewed with our favorite hand selected hops to elicit notes of pineapple, passion fruit, mango and orange zest. Expect to be greeted by a densely hazy pour, incredible hop flavor, virtually no bitterness and a luscious finish.
