Anne Frank once remarked, “Our lives are fashioned by our choices. First, we make our choices. Then our choices make us.”
It’s a beautiful thing to have the freedom to choose what we want to do with our life and who we want to spend it with. But what about smaller, less momentous decisions like what to put in your grocery cart? Maybe it’s because I’m a dietitian, but I happen to think this is a pretty important decision. Key Takeaway
On the surface, what we put in our cart may not seem like such a big deal, but remember, this is a weekly activity, and that makes it a big deal.
I agree with Anne Frank that our choices make us, and I am so grateful for the freedom to choose what goes into my cart and on my plate. How about you?
