Yes, we offer delivery and curbside pickup except at the Hudson and Chagrin Falls locations.
What is the charge for delivery and curbside pickup?
Our new platform will offer delivery for a flat fee of $9.95 and free curbside pickup on minimum $30 orders at participating locations.
How do I place an order for delivery or curbside pickup?
Visit shop.heinens.com or open the Heinen’s mobile app to begin your online order. You will need to select a Heinen’s store to fulfill your order, and whether you would like curbside pickup or delivery. To order groceries, you’ll need to create or log into your Tasteful Rewards account. Not a Tasteful Rewards member? You will be automatically enrolled in the Tasteful Rewards program when you create your account online or through the app.

At this time, Heinen’s does not offer an online delivery subscription service.
Can catering be ordered online for delivery or curbside pickup?
Catering is available to order for delivery or curbside pickup at most Heinen’s locations. Catering is not available for delivery at Chagrin Falls or Hudson, however, it may be picked up in store. At this time online ordering for catering at Downtown Cleveland is not available, please contact the store directly to place a catering order.
Can alcohol be included in my online order?
Yes, alcohol may be added to any online order. This includes beer, wine, and spirits, where available. Proper identification will be required upon order pickup or order delivery.
