Family-Owned for Four Generations
Founded in 1929 in Shaker Heights, Ohio, by butcher Joe Heinen, Heinen’s has grown to 24 total locations with 19 stores in Northeast Ohio and 5 in Illinois along with two warehouses and a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Today, Heinen’s Grocery Store continues to be a family owned and operated business, now led by the third and fourth generations who carry on the legacy of unrivalled quality food and world-class customer service.

Maplewood Brewery Tap Takeover
On March 20 from 4–7 PM, Heinen’s Naperville welcomes Maplewood Brewery for a special tap takeover. This local Chicago favorite will be pouring Maplewood beers on all four taps to celebrate their new variety pack, creating a lively, interactive experience in the taproom for craft beer fans to enjoy.
